I gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Just contact me within 14 days of delivery

Dispatch returns to me within 30 days of delivery.

I don't accept cancellations.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Returns and exchange details

If you are not happy with what you have purchased, please email me so that I get the chance to apologise and rectify the situation. I’ll do my best to meet your expectations. If I’ve not heard from you within 14 days of delivery, I’m assuming your member of the Pedalshed family (your saddle cover) has arrived safely and well.

UK buyers, items are sent by First Class with Royal Mail and should reach you the day after despatch. European buyers outside the UK, items are sent by Standard mail via British Royal Mail and should reach you within 3 – 5 business days after dispatch. International buyers outside EC (outside Europe), including the U.S.A, items are sent by International Standard mail via British Royal Mail and should reach you within 5 – 7 days after dispatch. We can offer traceable and signed-for shipments at a higher cost and can naturally also arrange for items to get to you faster if you so wish. Pedalshed accepts Etsy Direct Checkout (credit cards, debit cards and Etsy Gift cards) as well as PayPal payments. All order payments should be received within 3 days of purchase, or the items will be returned to the Etsy shed of stock. Items will be headed your way shortly after payment has been received.

The dry stuff... Should you decide to use your saddle cover for any other purpose than its intended use, the responsibility lies solely with the user and Pedalshed bears no responsibility nor liability for any accidents that may occur while using the product. Ride safely!
