How do you pack for your triathlon?

Are you Race ready...?

GEAR!

  • Waterproof bag in case of rain and to pack wet gear into afterwards.
  • Sunscreen
  • Bib belt
  • Towel (or dry robe)
  • Map

Swim:

  • Google
  • Cap
  • Wetsuit
  • Swimwear of trisuit

Bike:

  • Bike!
  • Puncture repair kit
  • Pump
  • Helmet
  • PADDED ENDURANCE SADDLE COVER (already on bike)
  • Cycling / running shorts without a pad!
  • Sunglasses
  • Sweatband
  • Shoes
  • and Socks

Run:

  • Remove helmet and replace with running cap
  • Exchange shoes if not in sneakers

Nutrition & Hydration:

  • Bananas
  • Builders Protein Bar
  • SIS Isotonic Energy Gel
  • 2 - 3 water bottles (one possibly with electrolytes)

Post-race:

Dry change of clothes :)

Ensure both handlebar end plugs are in place securely.

Finally, remember to bring your good spirit and enjoy your race!
